About our volunteers:
Since the beginning of the Foundation in 1987, the volunteers were and still are the most important « asset » of the Foundation. Some of them are with us since over15 years.
Our volunteers are people of all ages, full or part-time workers or retired persons for whom the health and welfare of the community is very important and who wish to keep their community hospital.
The fundraising activities would be impossible to be held without their much needed help. Thanks to their precious collaboration, the Foundation was able to donate over $2, 500,000 to the hospital and continues its quest to reach the 7 million dollar goal towards the renovation and expansion project of the hospital.
