Pour tout accès à nos services, présentez-vous au Service d’information.
 
Toute inscription doit être faite en personne.  Vous serez avisé des procédures à suivre s’il y a lieu.  Le jour ou la veille de votre admission, on communiquera avec vous pour confirmer les arrangements de votre hospitalisation. 

On vous indiquera l’heure de votre admission. On vous remettra un bracelet d’identité que vous devez porter pendant la durée de votre séjour. 

Registration must be made in person. To access any of our services, report to the information desk.

You will be notified of the procedure to follow if necessary.  On the day of your admission or the day before, we will call you to confirm the arrangements for your hospitalization. We will give you the time of your admission.

Upon admission you will be given an identity bracelet that you must wear at all times during your stay.
